While promoting my autobiographical novel: «The Master of Secret Victories, one of my Facebook posts attracted the attention of a mature blonde woman, and we even agreed on a «palm tree» in publishing patronage.

But as I thought about it, I realised that I wanted to do something different. One of the chapters of my book mentions a very prominent surname that at first remained incognito. This surname has a great history, and I could not hide it, because it involved the history of my family.

Realising that publicity could create certain risks, I decided to offer patronage to a representative of this family. He agreed. Thus, this person became the only undisputed patron of my book — and this decision leaves the story open and true, while preserving the honour and interests of all parties.
P.S. Very soon we will all learn how great it is to know our history and to be guided by the ideals of justice, decency and respect for people.
